Refund and Returns Policy

At ILAJ Ayurveda, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and fair Refund and Returns Policy to help resolve any issues.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Products like consumables, perishable goods, and personal care items are non-returnable due to health and hygiene reasons unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an eligible product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to returns@ilajayurveda.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if the product is damaged or defective.
  2. Approval: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and send you a return authorization if your request is approved.
  3. Shipping the Item: Once approved, please ship the product back to us in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Full Refund: If the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a full refund, including the return shipping costs.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where products are not returned in their original condition or are returned late, we may offer a partial refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain products are not eligible for a refund, including:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective or damaged).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at exchanges@ilajayurveda.com with the order details and issue.


6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. To cancel an order, please contact us at orders@ilajayurveda.com as soon as possible.
